Sealing,Hidden Reef style

I looked out my window on Wed. morning and noticed a 'new' rock in the sand...wait,the rocked moved..I was able to sneek right up to flipper as she was sun tanning at low tide...her thoughts when from,"Isn't retirement grand." to..."oh oh"...to ..."I hope this guy is Paul McCartney."
I know some of you are trying to post comments...I haven't changed any of the settings...so go back to the older posts if you'd like to post a comment..I'll go back and check.

Merry Christmas and all the best in the new year.

Blue skies and a white Christmas

Mr. L.

  5. After travelling the countries you did and seeing the sights you saw, to come home to that view outside your window is truly awesome.
Welcome back to Canada. I hope your travels were all you hoped. I have enjoyed seeing the pictures you posted, especially those from Finland.
It's nice that you are home for Christmas. Wishing you and your family a great holiday season, all the best in 2010 and any new adventures to go on. Judy

  10. Hi Bob - Welcome home! I was surprised to see your "homesick" note - and then recognized the views from Carrig Fergus - except for the seal! Wonderful! I have thoroughly enjoyed following your blogs & have printed out pics along the way to share with my kids & grandkids. Sorry you didn't get to New Zealand to visit Ryan - he & fiance, Ashley, are having a wonderful time - planning to spend Christmas Day at the beach & b'bcue Christmas Dinner! Are you planning to continue your around the world journey after some home time? Is Conor doing a Chef's course down east? Drop over if you're back up this way. A very Merry Christmas to you, Trinette & Conor! - and warmest wishes for an absolutely wonderful year to follow. Joyce Bresden

  11. Hey Mr.LeDrew! I love following your blog. I check it every week. My family and I wanted to wish you a very merry christmas! I also wanted to let you know I'm currently organizing a petition to make paper and organic recycling mandatory in all of Alberta. I'm also looking at setting up a timeshare. It's a type of auction but instead of bidding with money you bid volunteer hours. Still "stopping to smell the roses" though. I auditioned for a part in the school play. Miss you lots! Hope you're enjoying retirement.
